Motor-Vehicle Accident Rehabilitation

Have you been injured as a driver or passenger in a motor vehicle accident? Has a vehicle hit and injured you while you were cycling, jogging or walking? If the answer is yes, you may qualify for rehabilitation services at iScope Concussion & Pain Clinics.

iScope Concussion & Pain Clinics provides comprehensive assessment and treatment options for all motor vehicle accident claims. We make all therapies available to you as a Motor-Vehicle Accident (MVA) patients as we would every patient who walks through the door. Our team of specialist physicians along with our rehabilitation practitioners, assess and determine the best possible treatment plan for the most complete and timely recovery.

What to Expect

Before you arrive at our clinic, you will be scheduled with a 1-on-1 complementary intake session with our rehabilitation coordinator. During this 30–45-minute session, you are able to share any or all information you would like with our team. This session is designed so our physicians and rehabilitation staff get a better understanding of your injury prior to your in-person visit. We will also review some of your previous and current health history to ensure we provide you with the most optimal client-focussed care.

Following the intake session, you will see one of our specialist physicians. During your visit, you will discuss your injuries and conditions and focus on the next steps of your recovery journey. Your physician will make recommendations on which services they believe is best suited for you. Once this visit is complete, our team will book you in for all services on the day of your choosing.

From there, you will work with your rehabilitation team on your recovery goals. They will continuously collaborate with one another to provide the most well-suited care for your specific needs.

Once your treatment plan is complete, your rehabilitation team will recommend that you adopt future self-care practices. We may recommend voluntary maintenance care visits and strategies to maintain your results and prevent relapses once you have reached maximum improvement. Any ongoing or follow-up treatments are determined according to your individual case.

iScope Concussion & Pain Clinics offers direct billing to ICBC for every patient. With little to no out-of-pocket expenses, our patients are able to focus on their journey to getting better. The ICBC treatment process is the same as it is for all of our other patients with the exception that you will require your ICBC claim number, which we can help you acquire. As an ICBC patient, you receive the services that your injuries and condition requires at any of our BC clinic locations. For all approvals, extensions and additional treatments, our team will help guide you through the often complex and confusing ICBC administration processes and paperwork.

Refer a Patient

iScope is currently accepting new patients. A referral from your primary care physician or specialist is required for consultations covered by your provincial plan. If you require rehabilitation services a referral is not required.
