Our expert therapists help you get back to participating in your daily activities.

Occupational therapists look at an individual’s overall function. This includes components of cognitive health, mental health, functional capacity and energy optimization. Your occupational therapist will teach you strategies to improve cognitive performance, manage emotions, improve sleep, optimize living with a chronic condition, assist in return to work or school, make your home safe and accessible, and help implement energy conservation techniques.
