ISCOPE

New Patients

Welcome to Iscope Concussion & Pain Clinics! All visits are by appointment only. Please arrive at our facility 15-minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This way we are able to answer any additional questions you have prior to your appointment and ensure a prompt start to your session.

What to Expect

Please allow 2 business days for your referral to processed and triaged. Once your referral has been triaged, you will be contacted by our administration staff to schedule your initial consultation and rehabilitation appointments. Appointments are offered both in-person and virtually. During the booking process, our administration team will work with you to find the best day and time for you. Once your appointment time is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email outlining your bookings. In the days leading up to your appointment, you will receive an automated email or text message to remind you of your secured appointment time. If you are unable to attend, we kindly ask that you call 1-888-550-5508 to cancel or reschedule as your appointment time may be given to other patients on our waitlist.

What to Expect

Please proceed to our reception desk to check in. If you have any additional documents or information pertaining to your visit, please provide the reception administration with your information to enter it into our system. Once you are checked in, you may be asked to wait in the reception area, or directed to your appropriate assessment/treatment room. After your appointment and prior to leaving the clinic, your practitioner or the reception administration team will book you in for your follow-up appointment(s).

Please Note

All Iscope practitioners do their best to stay on time. However, in some cases, the unpredictable nature of medicine does not allow us to always be on time. We kindly ask that you speak with our reception administration team if you have any concerns.

Refer a Patient

Iscope is currently accepting new patients. A referral from your primary care physician or specialist is required for consultations covered by your provincial plan. If you require rehabilitation services a referral is not required.
