Physiotherapy

Our expert therapists are here to help you reduce pain and help you feel your best.

Physiotherapy is a science-based approach to healthcare led by practitioners who are dedicated to working with people to maximize their ability to function throughout their life. Physiotherapists are experts in exercise program design and performance and manual therapy. Treatment programs include assessment, treatment plan, manual therapy, corrective movement, and reassessment.

Post-Concussion Physiotherapy

In concussion, our symptoms may vary significantly. You may experience symptoms such as fatigue, headache/migraine, dizziness, vision symptoms, and neck pain. We offer post-concussion rehabilitation, which identifies your symptoms and re-trains them.

Vestibular Physiotherapy

Our vestibular system is our internal GPS, and allows our inner ear, eyes, and body to identify where we are in space and how we are moving. Once injured, the vestibular system operates sub-optimally, which may cause sensations such as dizziness, difficulty with vision, and imbalance. We offer vestibular physical therapy, which identifies where the vestibular system has inefficiencies and re-trains them.

Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy

Our manual therapy and physical rehabilitation professionals focus on evidence-based treatments for acute and chronic pain. Physical therapy treatments may include a combination of: Manual therapy to reduce pain and improve mobility, Active therapy to increase strength and functional tolerance, Modalities to improve your ability to engage in active rehabilitation by temporarily reducing pain, Home exercise prescription
